About SAOB Mapping

Configure Excel column mappings to enable automatic import of SAOB reports

How it works:

  1. Select the LGU from the dropdown
  2. Enter the exact Excel column headers used in their SAOB file
  3. System will automatically map columns during import
  4. Each LGU can have different column names

Required Fields:

  • PPA Code
  • Appropriation
  • Allotment
  • Obligation
  • Balance

Note: Column headers are case-sensitive. Make sure they match exactly as they appear in the Excel file.
